On May 23, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees the debates of the annual report on the RA State Budget Execution for 2015 began, which attended the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan, the RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, the RA deputies and the members of the Government.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan presented the annual report on the RA State Budget Execution for 2015 (main macro-economic indices, budgetary revenues, expenditures and deficit).

The Chairman of the Central bank (CB) Artur Javadyan presented the RA CB conclusion on the RA State Budget Execution for 2015, and the Deputy Chairman of the Control Chamber (CC) Ara Nranyan presented the conclusion on the RA State Budget Execution for 2015.

Artur Javadyan also introduced the report on the estimate of the administrative expenditures of the RA CB for 2015 and the budget execution of the capital investments programme.

On the same day at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan and Gagik Minasyan the annual report on the RA State Budget Execution for 2015 was debated, which related to the income and expenditure execution of the emergency situations, police, national security service.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan presented the financial indices of the abovementioned spheres, and the RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan, the Deputy Head of Police adjunct to the RA Government Vardan Yeghiazaryan and the RA Deputy Director of the National Security Service adjunct to the RA Government Aram Hakobyan touched upon the expenditure indices and the implemented programmes

The second joint sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, which related to the sphere of defense and state reserves, was held behind closed doors.

At the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Elinar Vardanyan and Gagik Minasyan the execution of the financial means and expenditures allocated to the Staff of the RA Human Rights Defender for 2015 was debated.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan and the RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan presented the execution of the financial indices and the implemented programmes.
